Element451’s AI Executive Forum will take place on the campus of SUNY Schenectady. For attendees requiring overnight accommodations, hotel rooms will be provided at The Landing Hotel in Schenectady, offering a comfortable and convenient stay near campus.

The AI Executive Forum is designed for college and university presidents, vice presidents, CIOs, CTOs, and other senior leaders responsible for institutional strategy, technology, student success, and workforce development.

What will Element451 cover?

Element451 will cover accommodations at The Landing Hotel, transportation, meals, Forum programming, and scheduled experiences. Additional details will be provided once your attendance is confirmed.

Where will we be staying?

The Forum will be hosted on the campus of SUNY Schenectady in Schenectady, New York. Attendees requiring accommodations will stay at The Landing Hotel, featuring beautifully appointed rooms and suites designed to offer comfort and sophistication.

How should I plan my travel?

Plan to arrive anytime after 4:00 PM ET on Sunday, October 25. The Forum begins with dinner at 6:30 PM. Programming concludes at noon on Tuesday, October 27, followed by checkout. Confirmed attendees will receive additional transportation and arrival information.

May I bring a guest?

Forum sessions, meals, transportation, and scheduled experiences are reserved for confirmed attendees. Guests may accompany you to Schenectady at their own expense, but they will not be able to participate in official programming unless approved in advance.

What Capital Region experiences are planned?

The schedule includes dedicated time to explore the Capital Region, along with planned dining experiences and opportunities to connect with fellow higher education executives. Additional details will be shared with confirmed attendees.

What will I gain from the programming?

Business casual attire is recommended for Forum sessions and dinners. Comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate clothing are encouraged for exploring the region.
